QUALITY ASSURANCE
The company has been holding quality as its highest priority since its very beginning. Quality for us entails the following:
- Quality in the machinery/equipment we use, which we insure with periodic servicing and immediate repair in case of any breakdown.
- Educating the labour and keeping them updated about the various products.
- Continuous monitoring of labour during fabrication/manufacturing on the floor.
- Visual inspection at each stage, before the semi-finished product moves on to the next stage.
- Visual check of the finished products, carried out with Go/No Go gauges.
- The manifold blocks are tested for leakages under rated pressures using a hydraulic set-up. The test rig also enables us to check/test the functionality of the manifold blocks in the applications they are intended for.
- Thorough cleaning of the blocks using diesel before packaging.
